Turning 3 has been a huge moment in Kenadie's life. For the past 9 months all she has asked for was that her baby sister come and play with her. Well, she got what she wanted. With Kenadie's birthday planned for July 24th, the baby came just in time for the Pixie Land Celebration. The night before the party the house magically turned into Pixie Hollow with a help of a few fairies from Folsom and San Francisco. Flowers bloomed from the pillars, a little house popped up from the ground and Tinker Bell and her friends came to join the party.

All of the fairies and pirates joined together to take a photo before the adventure began. Reese, Marley, Sophia, Cole, Anthony, Miles, Jackson and Raegan came to the celebration and made it special.

The fairies started off the party by using their magic wands to break open the pixie box filled with candy. But it seemed that the pirates were the ones to bust it open using their swords. The pixies definitely loosened it up for them :)

Once it was broken, each fairy and pirate had to fend for themselves and grab as much candy as possible!

After the candy was captured, it was present time. All of Kenadie's scary pirate friends and beautiful fairy girls brought such lovely things. I wasn't sure who had more fun opening them. The Pirates and Fairies or Kenadie. With each present a scream came from the crowd "THAT'S AWESOME!! WOW!!" It was so very cute.

Once the presents were opened and enjoyed, it was time to taste the magical pixie cake baked by Fairy Mary. I just say, it was Mmm, Mmm good! :) This was Kenadie's first BIG birthday celebration with over 25 people belting out Happy Birthday. I will say, I like it better because I can really unleash my vocals and no one can hear how horrible they are. Well, maybe the poor person standing next to me.

I think it's safe to say, everyone enjoyed the cupcakes. Mommy Fairy did...and Pirate Dad did...probably more than Kenadie (ok, so we kept sneaking more and more pieces as the days went on...it was THAT good :) )
At the end of it all, Kenadie had the most wonderful birthday ever! As she waves good bye she'd like to thank everyone for all the wonderful presents and helping her celebrate her 3rd birthday.
We love you all!
