Apple Hill
Well we started off early in the morning on our journey up to Apple Hill. Parking in a field of apple trees, Kenadie couldn't even stay strapped in her car seat. As we were walking in and through all the apple trees, she kept picking up the rotten apples on the ground and screaming with excitement "APPLE!!!" Yes Kenadie, it is an apple, and No, we don't want to eat those ones. As you can guess, the first stop was to buy one of the freshly picked apples for little Miss K to try. Sour and delish, FUJI!!
Next on the list pumpkins!.. or as Kenadie calls them "PUMPKEE'S!!!" There were so many she didn't know which one to pick... so instead, we just touched ALL of them. I don't think one pumpkee went untouched all day. She even had to sit back and relax in the middle of all of them. Thus is the life of a Princess!
After a frolic with the Pumpkee's we ran over to play with the Moo Cows! Who doesn't love a good ren dez vous with a bovine??
And then there were the ducks... oh the duckies!! Miss K couldn't get enough of the ducks. But the ducks had had enough of her. She tried everything to get the little quack, quacks to like her...
the only thing she didn't do (which Mommy wouldn't let her) was to swim in the pond with them. But when the quack, quacks finally got close enough, it bit her in the shoe and then went on attack and bit her peepee! Thank god for Pampers plush diapers, that could have been a tragedy!
After the duck casualty, we decided it was not only nap time, but it was time to journey back down the hill and enjoy our cider and donuts!
